1. Scope

This Policy applies to QuickContact, including the Android app available on Google Play, the QuickContact website, the QuickContact browser extension, and the backend services that support contact resolution, billing and account operations.

2. Information we process

QuickContact may process phone numbers, user-submitted search input, nearby page context, usage events, technical diagnostics and billing metadata, depending on the features you use.
  • Phone numbers and contact search or resolution input that you choose to submit through the app
  • Nearby page context and browser-origin details when the app receives data from the QuickContact extension or browser handoff flow
  • Device, app, extension and usage diagnostics needed to operate, secure and debug the service
  • Account or installation identifiers such as client, customer or installation references used to manage credits, restore purchases or associate a device with an account state
  • Subscription, purchase and billing metadata from Google Play or other billing systems used to validate entitlements and credit balances

3. How we use information

We use information to provide contact resolution, support saving contacts with context, improve result quality, operate credits and subscriptions, restore purchases after reinstall, maintain security, and understand product usage and reliability.

4. Data received from the browser extension

When you use QuickContact together with the supported browser extension, the extension may send the app a limited amount of page context associated with the number you chose to save or resolve. This can include identity candidates, identity slices, listing description text, UI-related text and the page URL or title. This information is used to improve contact resolution for that request.

5. Google Play purchases and subscriptions

If you buy a subscription or credit top-up through Google Play, QuickContact may process purchase tokens, product identifiers, billing state, account binding data and related entitlement metadata. This information is used to validate purchases, restore entitlements after reinstall, and maintain your subscription or credit balance.

6. Data sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, diagnostics, communications, payments or support systems. We do not sell, rent or monetize personal data. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, the service or our rights.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account and billing state, improve product quality, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us at support@cryptochrist-itsalive.com to request account, privacy or data-access assistance, including requests relating to deletion or support for billing and account restoration where applicable.

9. Browser extension data handling

The QuickContact browser extension available for Chrome, Edge and Firefox is designed to support user-triggered contact capture, copy and handoff workflows. It is not intended for unrelated browsing surveillance or background profiling.

10. Browser extension permissions

The QuickContact browser extension uses permissions only to provide user-triggered contact capture and copy workflows.

  • activeTab: used to access the currently active tab only when the user activates QuickContact, so visible page content can be analyzed for contact details.
  • tabs: used to identify the current tab URL and title during manual capture and handoff flows.
  • storage: used to save user preferences, local configuration and temporary extension state.
  • contextMenus: used to provide right-click capture actions for selected text or the current page.
  • host permissions: used to analyze webpage content on supported pages when the user requests contact detection or capture.

The extension does not use these permissions for unrelated browsing surveillance or background profiling.
