Privacy Policy — It’s Alive!

Who we are

It’s Alive! is a playful Android app made by CRYPTOCHRIST IT’S ALIVE!, Unipessoal Lda (Portugal). Contact: ops@cryptochrist-itsalive.com.

Designed for families

The app is intended for a general audience, including families. We aim to minimize data collection and keep the experience on-device by default.

What data the app uses

• Motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope): used on-device to detect gestures and drive reactions. Not uploaded to our servers.
• Diagnostics (optional): if you choose to share logs with us for support, those files are sent by you (e.g., email) and used only to troubleshoot.

What we do not do

• No account system required to use the app.
• No selling of personal data.
• No third-party ad tracking (as of the current prototype).

Purchases and the marketplace (future)

If premium features, subscriptions, or a sound-pack marketplace are enabled later, purchases will be processed by the relevant app store (e.g., Google Play). Any future changes to data handling will be documented here before release.

Children’s privacy

We design the app to avoid collecting personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will work to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
