Privacy Policy — It’s Alive!

Who we are

It’s Alive! is a playful Android app made by CRYPTOCHRIST IT’S ALIVE!, Unipessoal Lda (PT).

Designed for families and children

This app is intended for a general audience including children. We built it to work on-device and to avoid collecting personal data.

How the app works

• Motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope): processed on your device to trigger sound effects. We don’t transmit or store this data on our servers.
• Microphone (optional feature): if enabled, the app records a 1–2 second clip right after a motion trigger. The clip is kept on the device and is not uploaded to our servers. You can disable the mic feature at any time.

Accounts & tracking

We don’t use accounts, advertising IDs, or third-party analytics for children. We don’t show behavioral ads.

Information children may share

Children should not send us personal information. If a child contacts us, we will use the information only to reply and will delete it on request. For privacy questions, parents/guardians can contact legal@cryptochrist-itsalive.com.

Parental rights (GDPR-Kids / COPPA)

Parents/guardians may request access, deletion, or correction of any information shared with us by contacting legal@cryptochrist-itsalive.com.

Data security & retention

We keep support emails as long as needed to handle the request, then delete them. Sensor and optional mic data stay on the device and are not sent to us.

We may update this policy. We’ll post a new date above when we do.
