  1. What this is
    It’s Alive! is a motion-reactive Android app that triggers audio reactions based on device movement.
  2. Safety
    Use common sense. Do not throw phones onto hard surfaces. Do not use the app while driving, cycling, or in any situation where distraction is unsafe. Children should use the app under adult supervision.
  3. Prototype status
    This is an evolving product. Features may change, be removed, or behave differently across devices.
  4. Purchases (if/when enabled)
    If subscriptions or sound-pack purchases are enabled, they are processed by the relevant app store (e.g., Google Play) and subject to that store’s billing terms.
  5. Acceptable use
    You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it to violate applicable laws.
  6. Intellectual property
    The app, its audio, and related materials are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the app or its content except as permitted by law.
  7. Disclaimer
    The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
  8. Governing law
    These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
