Terms of Use — It’s Alive!

1. What this is
   It’s Alive! turns phone motion into sound for entertainment.
2. Safety
   Use with care. Don’t throw phones onto hard surfaces, and don’t use the app while moving/driving. An adult should supervise young children.
3. On-device processing
   Motion and optional short mic clips are handled on the device. We don’t run cloud accounts or uploads.
4. Purchases (if enabled later)
   In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Parents can manage purchases using device/Play settings.
5. Content
   You must have rights to any sounds you record. Don’t use the app to create harmful or illegal content.
6. Warranty & liability
   Provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Law
   Portuguese law; courts of Lisbon.
